The Integrity Guarantee

Our unshakeable commitment to identity verification and respectful care.

We understand that your reputation relies entirely on our integrity. That is why we have established a rigid, zero-tolerance protocol for identification. From the moment your staff arrives at our door to the moment the urn is returned to your care, the chain of custody is never broken.

 Verification

  • The "Two-Person" Check: Upon arrival, our intake specialist reviews the Funeral Home paperwork alongside your driver. We verify the name, DOB, and physical identity tags on the container before acceptance.

  • The Permanent ID: We assign a unique Cremation Control Number to the deceased. This number is stamped onto a stainless steel identification disc.

  • The Log: This Control Number, along with the date, time, and operator name, is entered into our permanent Retort Log immediately.

Cremation

  • One Body, One Retort: We strictly adhere to a policy of performing only one cremation at a time in a chamber.

  • The Unbroken Chain: The stainless steel ID disc is removed from the file and placed inside the retort with the remains. It survives the cremation process and serves as the permanent guarantor of identity.

  • Active Monitoring: Our certified operators monitor the entire cycle to ensure dignified processing and temperature regulation.

  • Secure Storage: If immediate cremation is not scheduled, the deceased is placed in our secure, climate-controlled refrigeration unit.

  • Visual Tagging: The container is labeled with a visible specific "Cremation Card" bearing the Control Number, ensuring identity is clear at a glance during storage.

  • Verification of Remains: Upon removal from the retort, the stainless steel ID disc is recovered and verified against the paperwork immediately.

  • Processing: The remains are processed and placed into the selected urn or temporary container. The ID disc is placed inside the container with the remains.

  • The Final Seal: A label matching the Control Number is affixed to the outside of the urn.

  • Release of Custody: We do not release cremated remains without a signature from an authorized representative of your Funeral Home.

"Trust, but Verify." We operate with an Open Door Policy for our partners. Licensed Funeral Directors are welcome to inspect our facility, review our logs, and witness our identification procedures unannounced at any time during business hours.
