Verified together: Before acceptance, our intake specialist and your funeral director confirm the deceased’s name, date of birth, and container identification against your funeral home’s paperwork.

Unique identification: We assign a Cremation Control Number that identifies the deceased throughout our care.

Permanent documentation: The Control Number, date, time, and operator's name are entered in our permanent Retort Log.

Individual cremation: Each cremation takes place individually, with one deceased person in the chamber per cycle.

Continuous identification: The Control Number is posted on the retort and remains associated with the deceased throughout cremation and processing.

Safekeeping

Secure care: While awaiting cremation, the deceased remains in our secure, refrigerated holding area.
